What was your primary reason for choosing to work with Scott and SeniorLife vs all other available options?
“I chose to work with Senior Life because I had sunk into the Slough of Despond. I wanted to relocate to assisted living "somewhere" but had made little progress in decluttering my house. I was mostly housebound because of health and mobility issues. My housemate daughter needed to move into her own apartment. Overall, how would you describe your experience of working with Scott and SeniorLife? Please explain:
“Working with Scott was amazing. Preparing a house for sale is a nightmare. I was spared some of the commotion because I was not present when clutter was being sorted and packed up and the rooms emptied out. I was safe in my new apartment at Demaree Crossing, thinking about the situation, calling Scott when I had questions or comments. Scott was always calm, composed and reassuring.
That says it all. While my daughter and I, the tortured victims of the moving process, were having panic attacks and losing our minds, Scott was the voice of reason, patient and knowledgeable, captain of the ship through treacherous waters. This sums it up: "Great Scott!"”
Would you recommend Scott and SeniorLife to a friend who was in a similar situation as yours? Why or why not?
“I have no hesitation recommending Scott MacLean and SeniorLife to anyone in my situation. Scott is the greatest. He manages every detail and difficulty of the customer's Sea Change of life and stays calm and focused. I now have a lovely apartment in Assisted Living and did not lose my mind from the misery of moving from my large cluttered house after 45 years. I myself barely helped, aside from signing papers.

“It was clear to me from the start that Senior Life is a carefully crafted and thoroughly thought-out business. Scott MacLean's genius and insightful temperament shine through. I would not presume to find fault with any aspect of Senior Life.
I thank my lucky stars for Scott MacLean and Senior Life. They got my attention and now, as 2025 draws to a close, I am settling into a beautiful assisted living apartment, my daughter and her boyfriend have moved into a large one bedroom apartment with loads of storage space, my house is sold, and Grits and Gumbo (turtles) have been granted space at a reptile sanctuary.
All is well. The future looks bright.”
