Owner/Founder

Scott is the founder of SeniorLife Real Estate, where he oversees all aspects of the business, including real estate acquisitions and daily operations. As a licensed real estate broker and having 30+ years of experience serving seniors, he is passionate about helping families navigate life's transitions with compassion and confidence. Outside of work, Scott enjoys serving as a pastor and worship leader at his local church, spending time with his wife, four grown children, and fourteen grandchildren, and taking every opportunity to enjoy camping, hiking, sports, and the outdoors.

Colleen leads our Customer Relations and Business Development efforts, building meaningful relationships with referral partners and guiding clients with compassion throughout their journey. With years of experience in the senior service and healthcare industry, she is passionate about serving others and creating lasting connections. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and seven grandchildren and tending to her garden.

Project Manager

Randall focuses on the disposition side of each project, working closely with our contractors to transform every house into a beautiful, market-ready home. He also leads our IT and marketing efforts, helping ensure our technology and communications support an exceptional client experience. Outside of work, Randall is married and enjoys serving in a local college ministry and spending time on the golf course whenever he gets the chance.

Tina serves as our bookkeeper, keeping the financial side of SeniorLife organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. As Scott's wife and a trusted part of the team, she helps support the day-to-day operations that allow us to serve our clients well. Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her family as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She has a heart for serving others and likes being outdoors playing tennis and pickleball with her husband.
