Looking for a fresh idea for persuading those fearful “fence-sitters” to come on down off the fence and move into your community?  

Offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE which challenges them to try you on for size for a couple months RISK-FREE.  You can offer to pay to move them in (up to $500).  Then, after 60 or 90 days of “love-smothering” from your staff, if they are not convinced to stay, you will pay to move their “stuff” back home – no

questions asked.   This can help overcome their fear of giving up their house, only to find out they are not happy with their decision to move.

Why move their stuff  in?  They are more likely to feel “at home” if it is their furniture, not yours.

  Why 60 or 90 days?  It generally takes at least 60 days for a “skeptic” to become HOOKED on you.

This is a powerful selling tool that can be offered either to everyone on your prospect list or on a case-by-case basis.
