Full Service Management

Let us take care of all the details so you don't have to.

  Enhancing life for our senior citizens through assisted living can be quite complex.  There are a myriad of facets involved in the process, and each one of them must operate at peak efficiency.  The policies and procedures must meet all the needs, meet applicable certification guidelines, be workable for the staff that has to implement them, and be cost effective.

   Our services include the following:

Oversight and Guidance of All Daily Operations
Contact with the facility staff on a regular basis.  We will coach and guide and be on-call 24/7, in case of an emergency. As necessary, we make on-site visits at a minimum frequency of twice monthly.

Coordinating of All Human Resource Functions
This service establishes the personnel policies, wages, benefit structures and staff schedules with the assistance of a PEO (Professional Employer Organization).

Hiring and Providing Direct Leadership and Accountability for the Facility Director
Using our years of experience, we will recruit, hire and train your director.  Critical to the task, we will work to develop a great professional relationship with this new person and the rest of your management team.  We will coach the director in the hiring and training of other staff.

Developing and Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies
In order to maximize your occupancy levels, we will develop, coordinate and supervise all marketing and sales activities.

Coordinating and Developing All Marketing Collateral
First impressions make lasting impressions.  SeniorLife Solutions can develop and coordinate the production of all materials that go out to the public.  

Managing All Operational Cash
The oversight of all operational cash management includes bank account records, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment of loan-related fees, and submission of payroll to the PEO for processing. 

Approving All Operational Expenditures
In routine situations, it is the director who is responsible to approve all normal, budgeted expenses.  SeniorLife Solutions can take over the responsibility to approve all non-budgeted expenditures.  In the case of extraordinary expenses, the Owner will be notified in advance for approval of payment.

Development and Oversight of Services to Residents
The range of services will vary depending upon the needs.   Typically included are such services as activity and enrichments programs, medication reminder procedures, housekeeping and laundry procedures, and a transportation program.  We will personally author the Resident Handbook and Residency Agreement used by your community.

Ensuring Compliance With All State Certification Operations
On behalf of the owner, SeniorLife Solutions will ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws relating to the operation of the facility.

Providing Operating Systems, Policies and Procedures
Tailored to the individual needs of the residents, owner, and staff, we will provide established systems, policies and procedures and will further develop and improve upon existing systems and procedures.

Developing and Implementing Annual Operations Budgets
A realistic annual operations budget can be developed and implemented.  This budget will be reviewed by a professional accountant for accuracy prior to its approval.

Assisting in the Development of Annual Capital Budgets
SeniorLife Solutions will assist the owner in the development of a prioritized capital improvement budget annually or as otherwise requested by the owner.

Ensuring Building and Grounds Upkeep and Care
This service provides a preventative maintenance program.  We will conduct monthly on-site visits to inspect the condition of the property, grounds and equipment.

Making Ongoing and "On-Sight" Management Visits
There will be a minimum of two visits per month to inspect the building and operations and to conduct coaching/training sessions with the facility staff.  More frequent or extended on-site visits occur as the need arises.  

Making Operational Decisions Based on Your Best Interests
Our company will seek to understand the values and interests of the owner and the board of trustees.  With respect for these values and interests and with the knowledge that comes from our deep involvement with the facility, we can make the appropriate operational decisions.

Reporting to You on a Regular Schedule
SeniorLife Solutions will prepare and present to the owner monthly financial reports that have been reviewed by an accounting professional.  In addition, we will give an update of occupancy, marketing and operational activity for the current month.
